User Reviews Service was horrible. I have eaten at Panera in Alexandria many times
and when I went to the one here, I was treated badly. I ordered my food
and 20 minutes later, I still did not get get it, even though other people
got there. I saw my food on the counter waiting and they would not allow
me to have it. When I asked, I was just laughed at. I had to call their
corperate office to get my money back. I am never going to another Panera
Bread again.
