Qdoba is a chain that started in Denver in 1995 that has grown to hundreds of restaurants throughout the US. It is comperable to Baja Fresh, a similar chain that started in California in 1990.

Qdoba's serves mainly tacos, burritos and nachos. The customer orders at the counter and your food is made to order with your choice of salsa and meat (beef or chicken.)

The most unusual menu item is the Chicken Mole Burrito. Mole ("moh-lay") a spicy chocolate sauce traditionally served with poultry.
